The Mereworth Oak Aged Gin brings an English vintner’s touch to a timeless spirit, using the time-honoured techniques of compounding, blending and maceration.
They steep a handful of carefully selected botanicals in 100% wheat spirit, before marrying this with some of the finest toasted oak available in winemaking, imparting nutty, spicy and citrus flavours to their amber-gold gin.
Delectably smooth, with hints of nutmeg and vanilla, and a long finish full of warming spices. Best enjoyed sipped neat over ice, or mixed with ginger ale.
