The famous Hengst vineyard is considered to be the driest in France, and because of this the wines have a tremendous richness and depth. This Pinot Gris shows exotic flavours of candied fruit, pear and gentle spice. It's rich without being too sweet and the flavours linger long in the mouth. This opulent and impressive wine is delicious with rich shellfish and creamy white meat dishes.
