Perfect in a refreshing highball, with pink grapefruit soda and a squeezed lime wedge.

Made from their own recipe, combining a specially selected range of botanicals and the best pure grain spirit, this super-premium gin is produced in small batches using only the finest ingredients.
The nose is a rich complex of fresh juniper, followed quickly by coriander and a complexity of gin flavours. Hints of citrus mingle with oriental spices. On adding a mixer, the citrus, lemon, orange – and even bergamot – open out, as do hints of cinammon, cloves and even saffron. A medium-length finish leaves you ready for the next mouthful.

Ungava Canadian Gin - 70cl bottle
Crafted with six Arctic botanicals from the northern Quebec, Ungava gin will make any cocktail uniquely wild. The rare botanicals are hand-foraged, dried, and then slowly steeped for five weeks for a natural extraction of complex flavour and colour. The result is a gin unlike any other – a reward for the senses with its exceptionally smooth taste, signature colour and 100% natural ingredients.
The name Ungava is of Inuit origin and translates as ‘towards the open water’. The Ungava Peninsula, where most of the botanicals are found, is abounding with the flora, fauna and wildlife of Hudson Bay.
