A blend of 90% Viognier and 10% Chardonnay from Estampa's vineyards in the Colchagua Valley.
Light yellow in colour with golden nuances. Subtle aromas of apricots come to the fore over a lightly citrus and floral backdrop. Ample on the palate with fresh persistence.
The bunches are selected, and the different varieties are vinified separately. The Viognier is whole-bunch pressed, while the Chardonnay is destemmed. Both are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC. Once the fermentation is complete, the coarse lees are separated out and the wine remains on its fine lees for two months.
