2018 Clos Beauregard, Pomerol, Bordeaux, France

A full bodied and beautifully rounded Bordeaux. Predominatly Merlot, this is one of the richest and most expressive examples of this grape we have tasted. Alongside the generous dark fruit are notes of cocoa and clove from the 12 months spent in barrel. 

This exceptional wine is delicious right now, but there is no doubting that a wine with this structure and depth of flavour will develop further over the next decade.
