A lovely expression of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Generous tropical fruit on the nose and palate with a lively citrus note in the background and subtle herbal notes.
The French call it “Ter roir” but we call it “Gravel and Loam”. Deep in the Wairau Valley, the vineyard is spread over two ter races - the upper 33 hectares are certified BioGro organic whilst the remaining 37 hectares are conventionally farmed. The wines are produced in a way which ref lect the typical characters of the region and surrounding environment
