Barbadillo's Amontillado is full of character and is far more versatile than you may think. Its amber colour and rosated nut aroma lead to a palate that is fresh and nutty with the faintest hint of sweeter fig in the background. It's just off dry and makes not only a great aperitif but also an accompaniment to consomes, cured meats and nuts.
