Description

This Old Vine Tempranillo comes from mature vineyards in Castilla‑La Mancha, where the vines are typically around forty years old. The red‑brown sandy clay soils, enriched with limestone and chalk, support grapes with concentrated flavours, while the region’s warm, dry climate and cool nights help retain freshness and balance.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby in the glass, the nose shows ripe red and black berries with lifted strawberry notes and a subtle earthy character. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and smooth, with supple tannins and a lingering finish that showcases the varietal intensity of Tempranillo.

Winemaking:
Made from 100 % Tempranillo, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to preserve the purity of fruit. Minimal oak influence ensures the natural character of the old vines is highlighted, producing a balanced, approachable wine.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with grilled or roasted meats, tomato-based dishes, stews, and mature cheeses.

ABV: 12.5%
