A characterful rosé from the Costières de Nîmes appellation, produced by Château de la Tuilerie, a historic family estate established in 1955. Situated on the ancient terraces surrounding Nîmes, the vineyard benefits from a unique Mediterranean climate influenced by the Mistral wind, helping to produce wines of freshness, purity and expressive fruit character.
Tasting Notes:
Pale and elegant in colour, with lifted aromas of stone fruit, floral notes and a subtle hint of wild strawberry. The palate shows more weight and structure than many neighbouring rosés, with ripe stone fruit flavours at its core and a fresh, balanced finish that carries both depth and finesse.
Winemaking:
Grown on 59 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards at altitude on the Costières de Nîmes plateau. The estate follows careful vineyard practices, including controlled yields and canopy management, to ensure concentration and balance in the fruit. Winemaking focuses on preserving aromatic purity and natural freshness while retaining structure and depth.
Food Pairing:
A versatile rosé suited to Mediterranean cuisine, including grilled fish, seafood, salads and light vegetable dishes. Its balance of freshness and weight also makes it suitable for year-round enjoyment.
ABV: 13%
