Made from traditional regional grape varieties, this wine captures the bright, youthful style for which Vinho Verde rosé is known, with gentle fruit and a naturally refreshing profile.
Tasting Notes:
Pale salmon in colour, with delicate aromas of red berries and wild strawberry. The palate is light, crisp and refreshing, showing soft red fruit character balanced by vibrant acidity. A subtle natural spritz adds lift, leading to a clean and lively finish.
Winemaking:
Produced from Vinhão, Borraçal and Espadeiro grapes, fermented in temperature-controlled open vats to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The result is a light-bodied, fruit-driven rosé that retains the characteristic vibrancy and gentle effervescence of Vinho Verde.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and well suited to seafood, light salads, pâtés and simple oven-baked fish or white meat dishes. Best enjoyed well chilled.
