2021 Gewurztraminer Classique, A Metz, Alsace, France

This Gewurztraminer has a lovely balance between sweetness and acidity. As you'd expect from a Gewurz it's aromatic and rich, yet the finish is quite dry. It combines flavours of lychee, citrus peel and candied fruit, and is perfect with aromatic dishes.
