2022 Pinot Gris Classique, A Metz, Alsace, France

This is a wonderfully rounded Pinot Gris with ripe stone fruits and pear to the fore. It coats the mouth with flavour, yet a nice refreshing acidity gives it vibrancy on the finish. This is a great allrounder when it comes to serving with food as it is equally at home with fish as it is with white meats and roasted vegetables.
