Pinot Gris is a cornerstone of Alsace winemaking, offering wines that balance opulence with freshness, and this Cuvée Michel Léon exemplifies that tradition.

Tasting Notes:
Golden in colour with subtle highlights, the nose reveals ripe stone fruit and pear aromas alongside delicate floral and lightly smoky nuances. On the palate it is ample and generous, with flavours of mature fruit supported by a smooth, mouth-coating texture. A refreshing acidity brings vibrancy and structure, leading to a balanced and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and fermented under temperature control to preserve varietal purity and aromatic complexity. The result is a wine of depth and roundness, combining the natural richness of Pinot Gris with a precise and elegant expression of terroir.
