This delicious, barrel fermented white Burgundy is yet another exceptionally well priced wine from Jerome Billard. The barrel fermenting gives it the opulence and richness to mark it out as a true white Burgundy, unlike too many simple Bourgogne blancs. It might not quite be a Meursault, but serve it blind to your guests and they may well believe that this weighty, mouth-filling Burgundy is from a far grander village.
