Description

Le Havre de Paix – meaning “Safe Haven” – is an easy-going white from Gascony in southwest France. Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Colombard, it reflects the region’s reputation for bright, fruit-driven wines with a lively and refreshing character.

Tasting Notes:
Pale lemon in colour, the nose shows aromas of orchard fruit, citrus peel and delicate floral notes. The palate is light and expressive, with flavours of pear, green apple and gentle citrus. Clean and balanced, it finishes with a pleasing lift that makes it effortlessly drinkable.

Winemaking:
The three varieties are vinified to highlight their complementary qualities. Colombard contributes aromatic freshness, Ugni Blanc brings structure and lift, while Sauvignon Blanc adds brightness and finesse. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s purity and fruit expression.

Food Pairing:
Enjoy as an aperitif, or with grilled fish, seafood, fresh salads or light vegetable dishes. A versatile white that is equally enjoyable on its own.

ABV: 11.5%
