This Vinho Verde from Adega Cooperativa de Ponte de Lima is made in Portugal’s historic Vinho Verde region, one of the country’s most established wine areas dating back to 1959. Ponte de Lima is situated in the sub‑region of Lima within the Minho appellation, where Atlantic‑influenced climate and granite‑rich soils favour fresh, aromatic white wines. The estate represents around 2,000 growers, producing authentic wines that reflect the character of the region and its native varieties.
Tasting Notes:
Pale straw yellow with green hues, this Vinho Verde shows persistent aromas of lime and melon, complemented by delicate floral and citrus notes typical of the Loureiro‑dominant blends from Lima. On the palate the wine is light and zesty with bright acidity and a refreshing, lively finish.
