Over 20 years mature, yet still vibrant, fresh and lively. Jean Gimonnet's Champagnes are exceptional, and this is the best we've tasted. Mature toasty brioche and toffee notes combine with a backbone of fresh citrus and ripe pear. There is so much complexity here, and the bubbles are very fine and gentle.
