2007 Chambredi White, Orovela, Georgia

With age this wine has developed a deeper golden colour. There was a little skin contact during the fermentation, however, much of the colour has developed over time. It has a delightfully soft texture and given its age, there is still some excellent fruit and it certainly isn't a tired wine. It will appeal to drinkers of more mature white wine, and will be a great introduction to those who haven't experienced a mature white before.
