Sourced from carefully selected blocks in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Situated at approximately 1,000 metres above sea level, these high-altitude vineyards benefit from intense daytime sunlight and cool night-time temperatures, producing grapes with excellent concentration, ripe tannins and natural acidity.
Tasting Notes:
Visually, the wine displays a deep, vibrant ruby colour. On the nose, aromas of ripe plums, black cherries and subtle violet notes are complemented by hints of cocoa and spice. The palate is rich and structured, with velvety tannins, bright fruit, and a lingering, elegant finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used. The wine undergoes controlled fermentation and is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels to enhance complexity while retaining the varietal character of Malbec.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled red meats, braised lamb, roasted vegetables, and mature hard cheeses.
ABV: 14%
