2020 Meursault 'Les Clous', Bouchard Pere et Fils, Burgundy, France

This is an excellent Village Cru from Meursault made by the excellent Bouchard Pere et Fils house. It's a little fresher and more mineral in character than some of the richer styles of Meursault, yet it has a lovely hint of walnut on the nose and lovely balance to the palate.
