Grown on the sand and granite of the village of Clisson, this is Muscadet at its very best. This wine is aged for an extended period of 40 months on its lees. During this time it gains volume, texture and richness. It's smooth and textured with creamy and bready notes combining with the very fresh stone fruit and melon flavours. A stunning wine.
The Cormerais family have cultivated vines for as long as anyone can remember, the passion for winemaking and grape growing has been passed down through generations since the 1800s. Today it is Bertrand who runs the business having joined his father Joel in 1994. His philosophy is very simple - he starts in the vineyard with great attention to detail to produce the very best grapes he can while maintaining great respect for the environment.
