2022 Cairanne, Domaine Eyverine, Rhone Valley, France

This is a really gutsy Rhone red that really holds its own against some of the wines from its more illustrious . It's dark in the glass, with aromas of blackcurrant, spice. On the it's ripe dark fruit that  this rich and wine. Rhone wine lovers should really take note of the Village of Cairanne as it is where some of the best value wines of the Rhone Valley are to be found
