A limited edition still red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, that is youthful and fruity, with black cherry and light spice. A portion of this wine was aged in French and American oak for six months to add depth to the lighter Burgundy style.
Produced in a Burgundian style, with 6 months in French and American Oak. It is drinking well now, but it will develop further with age. Blackberries, leather and exotic spices.
It has a lovely fresh acidity, which makes it a lovely option to be served slightly chilled on a hot day, but equally it has the depth and substance to accompany a hearty evening meal in the depths of winter.
