Tasting Notes:
Pale lemon in colour, the nose is fresh and aromatic, showing elderflower, wildflower and light grassy notes. On the palate it is refreshing and well balanced, with flavours of grapefruit and lime leading to a crisp and satisfying finish. Subtle hints of honeydew melon add depth without compromising the wine’s lively, moreish character.
Winemaking:
Fermented in temperature-controlled conditions using both neutral and aromatic yeast strains, the wine is crafted to preserve varietal purity and aromatics. Cool fermentation and minimal intervention enhance freshness and definition, resulting in a clean and expressive style with no oak influence.
