A classic Pouilly-Fumé from the slopes of Saint-Andelain, Domaine Lebrun’s Collection Eugenie is sourced from the estate’s finest vineyard parcels. Under the guidance of Laurent Lebrun, who combines French and international winemaking experience, this wine demonstrates the hallmark elegance, flinty minerality and aromatic precision of Pouilly-Fumé.
Tasting Notes:
Bright and expressive, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and delicate white florals, lifted by subtle herbal notes. The palate is generous yet refined, with a supple texture and well-integrated fruit. Mineral undertones provide structure, while the finish is long, precise and mouthwatering.
Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-selected from the estate’s 9 hectares on the St. Andelain slopes, prized for their flinty soils. Fermentation and ageing take place in large wooden vats, allowing the wine to develop richness, complexity and textural depth while preserving the varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc.
Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled fish, seafood in light sauces, goat’s cheese, or fresh garden vegetables. Its elegance and minerality also complement poultry or lightly spiced dishes.
