2022 Cotes de Provence Rosé, Domaine de la Rouviere, Provence, France

This premium Provence rose is definitely worth trading up to. It still has the freshness and delicacy that southern French roses are famed for, however, there is greater depth and poise here. The wine has a little more texture than most and layers of ripe fruit on the palate. A very fine rose both as an aperitif and with grilled fish and summery salads.
