On the palate it is full-bodied yet refined, with ripe, velvety tannins and a fresh, balanced acidity. Flavours of dark berries, liquorice, and gentle cedar evolve into a long, harmonious finish that mirrors the wine’s aromatic complexity.
Winemaking:
The 2021 Emilio Moro is made exclusively from Tempranillo sourced from mature vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure only the best fruit reaches the winery.
