Tasting Notes:
An intense bright-dark crimson, the wine shows aromas of ripe raspberry, wild blackberry, and black plum, complemented by hints of dark chocolate, toasty vanilla, and subtle earthy nuances. The palate is layered and structured, with supple tannins and persistent flavours of dark berries and gentle spice, finishing long and satisfying.
Winemaking:
Crafted from estate-grown fruit, the blend is fermented carefully to preserve varietal character. Following fermentation, the wine is matured in oak to enhance structure and complexity while maintaining clarity of fruit, allowing each variety to contribute its distinctive character to the final blend.
