Vinhol Oksamitnoe (Villa Tinta) is a family-owned estate and winery, founded in 1998 in the village of Oksamitne, located in the Bolgradsky district, which is near Odesa on the Black Sea. As of 2022, Villa Tinta owns 550 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards sit in their own microclimate and are ideal for the ‘Ukrainian” grapes, Odessa Black and Sukholimansky, which account for the majority of their plantings.
This is a lighter, fresher and more fruit-driven take on the Odessa Black grape. A versatile wine that can be enoyed on its own or with food.
