Description

Valpolicella Classico from Cà dei Maghi is a traditional red wine from the historic Classico zone of Valpolicella in Veneto, made from the region’s indigenous varieties, primarily Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. This style is celebrated for its freshness, purity of fruit and elegant, easy-drinking character.

Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby red in colour, the nose is lifted and fragrant, with aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. The palate is light to medium-bodied, fresh and dry, with lively red fruit, gentle savoury notes and a clean, cherry-led finish that makes it highly drinkable.

Winemaking:
The grapes are grown on hillside vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico area and are vinified to emphasise freshness and varietal expression. Cà dei Maghi is a small, quality-focused estate, where careful vineyard work and low-intervention cellar practices aim to produce precise, authentic wines that reflect the traditional character of Valpolicella.

Food Pairing:
An excellent all-rounder, ideal with charcuterie, soft cheeses, pasta with tomato-based sauces, roast chicken, veal or lightly grilled meats.

ABV: 12.5%
