This exceptional Albarino combines concentration of flavour with a generous texture and freshness of acidity on the finish. It has a floral note on the nose, and then on the palate there are stone fruits and melon leading to a fresh and zesty finish.
Balta and his family have been dedicated to cultivating their countryside of vineyards, vegetables and animal husbandry from their old farmhouse in the beautiful Salnés Valley, the heart of Albariño, for generations. They take their name, Terras de Compostela, from the valley, which belongs to the Archbishop of Compostela and has much influence across its parishes.
