Description

Blanc de Noirs (“white from blacks” in French) is a white sparkling wine made exclusively from black-skinned grapes, most commonly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

It is produced by pressing red grapes very gently and immediately separating the juice from the skins, so the juice remains clear and doesn’t take on red pigment.

Tuffon Hall's Blanc de Noirs has a bright golden hue in the glass, with notes of red berries, baked apple, dried fruit and almond. It pairs beautifully with roast poultry, charcuterie, cheese, and earthy dishes like a mushroom risotto.
