A fresh and expressive white Rhône blend from organically farmed vineyards in the Gard, crafted from Roussanne and Viognier. Rooted in loess and silty-sandy soils, the wine combines the generous fruit and floral character of the southern Rhône with a bright, refreshing freshness. Elegant and aromatic, it offers a beautifully balanced expression of these two classic Rhône varieties.
Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow with silver reflections, the nose is expressive and floral, revealing white peach, fresh apricot, lemon and orange blossom alongside delicate notes of acacia and honeysuckle. The palate is generous and silky, with ripe stone fruit and citrus flavours balanced by lively acidity. Fresh and rounded, it finishes clean and refreshing, with excellent varietal definition.
Winemaking:
The estate has been farmed organically since 2014, with the grapes sourced from a single vineyard block benefiting from excellent sun exposure. Following gentle, progressive pressing, the must undergoes careful settling before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 18°C. The wine is then aged on fine lees, adding texture and volume while preserving the aromatic purity of the fruit.
Food Pairing:
An excellent aperitif and a versatile partner for grilled fish, seafood, light poultry dishes and Mediterranean salads. Its combination of aromatic fruit, freshness and texture also works beautifully with fresh goat's cheese and dishes featuring herbs and gentle spice.
