Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour with green reflections, the nose is fresh and floral, showing white blossom, almond and subtle herbaceous notes alongside stone fruit nuances. On the palate it is well balanced and expressive, with a long, mineral-driven finish and a harmonious interplay of freshness and texture. The mouthfeel is persistent and refined, making it both engaging and food-friendly.
Winemaking:
Grapes are sourced from carefully managed vineyards within the Castelli di Jesi zone, where marl and limestone soils contribute to Verdicchio’s distinctive minerality. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity and freshness, with minimal intervention to allow the varietal character to shine. Sustainable viticultural practices underpin production, reflecting the estate’s eco-conscious philosophy.
