Crafted by Domaine La Loyane, a family-run estate rooted in the village of Rochefort-du-Gard, Cuvée L’éclipse reflects both the character of its young Grenache vines and the estate’s dedication to precision and respect for the land. The vines, planted in limestone and clay soils at the foot of Notre-Dame Abbey, are harvested by hand before undergoing vinification and maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
The wine shines a vivid ruby red with fuchsia highlights. Aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and other red fruits lift from the glass, leading into a palate that is at once juicy and supple. Smooth tannins frame a mouthfeel that is velvety yet refreshing, delivering a style that is accessible and immediately enjoyable.
