Winemaking:
Grapes are picked in the cool morning hours, gently de-stemmed, and fermented with skin contact to enhance deep colour and flavour. The wine is aged for several months in oak barrels before bottling, adding depth and balance.
Tasting Notes:
Juicy aromas of dark fruit, mocha and spice are complemented by notes of vanilla. The palate shows ripe black cherry, raspberry and plum, finishing long and smooth.
