A classic Pouilly-Fumé from the slopes of Saint-Andelain, Domaine Lebrun’s 2024 vintage captures the flinty character and elegance of the Loire Valley. Under Laurent Lebrun’s expert guidance - combining French and international training - the wine reflects the estate’s commitment to producing precise, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes:
Bright and expressive, with aromas of lemon, citrus and delicate white florals, complemented by subtle smokiness. The palate is rich yet refined, with taut mineral tension and a supple texture. The finish is long, elegant and persistent, offering both vibrancy and complexity.
Winemaking:
Grapes are carefully selected from the estate’s 9 hectares on the St. Andelain slopes, where flinty clay soils contribute structure and aromatic clarity. Fermentation and ageing in large wooden vats allow the wine to develop depth and refinement while preserving the purity and varietal expression of Sauvignon Blanc.
Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with white meats, fresh salads, seafood or lightly spiced dishes such as Thai green curry. Its balance and minerality also complement goat’s cheese or vegetable-led dishes.
ABV: 13%
