This exceptional white Tempranillo comes from hand‑selected vineyards in Haro and the surrounding villages in the heart of Rioja Alta. Planted at 430–500 m on clay‑limestone soils, the vines benefit from cool nights and warm days that preserve natural acidity and enhance aromatic intensity.
Tasting Notes:
Pale green‑yellow in the glass, the nose is extraordinarily elegant, with aromas of ripe white fruit, apple, pear, custard apple, citrus, lemon peel and stone fruit. On the palate, it is creamy yet fresh, expressive and well‑balanced, with a long, lingering finish that perfectly showcases the purity and character of Tempranillo Blanco.
Winemaking:
Harvested by hand and transported in small crates under refrigeration, the grapes were carefully sorted before gentle destemming and a 10‑hour cold maceration. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C, followed by ageing on the lees with periodic stirring to add texture and complexity. No oak was used, allowing the varietal’s freshness and aromatic purity to shine.
Food Pairing:
Delights with fresh seafood, grilled vegetables, light pastas or soft cheeses — dishes that highlight its vibrant acidity and expressive fruit character.
ABV: 13.5%
