An off-dry and aromatic wine with explosive tropical fruit aromas of green melon/ lychee / passionfruit and elderflower cordial. The palate is delicately sweet upfront but perfectly balanced throughout with a laser-like acidity.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel at 13 degrees, then chilled to just above zero to stop the ferment and retain some natural residual grape sugar and elevate the aromatic profile of the wine.
