Description

A beautifully expressive Pinot Noir from the Bendigo sub-region, showcasing the warmth of Central Otago alongside refined balance and elegance.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby in colour, the wine is perfumed with poached rhubarb, pot-pourri, red cherry, and soft, earthy spices. On the palate, fresh, frisky tannins and soothing raspberry layers wash across the tongue, supported by a subtle smoky note from French oak maturation, leading to a long, lithe finish.

Winemaking:
The grapes are 100% destemmed and fermented in open-top fermenters. After fermentation, the wine is matured for ten months in French oak, which adds complexity and gentle smoky layers while allowing the fruit to remain expressive.

Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with seared lamb rump with capers and mint salsa, or a selection of goat’s cheeses.

ABV: 14%
