Winemaking:
The estate’s low-yielding vines, established in 1992, are organically farmed in the Armagh sub-region of North Western Clare. Headed by self-taught winemaker Ben Jeanneret, the family winery produces wines that reflect the time and place from which they come. The Big Fine Girl is crafted to showcase generosity of flavour and varietal purity, allowing the fruit to shine with minimal intervention.
