Domaine Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet crafts this Crozes-Hermitage from carefully tended 20–25-year-old Syrah vines in the northern Rhône. The estate combines modern winemaking techniques with a terroir-focused approach, producing wines that are expressive, precise, and elegantly structured.

Tasting Notes
Deep, vibrant ruby in the glass, this wine offers a nose of ripe red fruits, gentle spice, and a hint of liquorice. The palate is smooth and harmonious, with fine tannins framing flavours of plum, blackberry, and subtle pepper, leading to a long, refined finish.

Winemaking
100% Syrah from mature vines undergoes traditional vinification in temperature-controlled vats. Careful maceration and fermentation extract the wine’s colour, flavour, and structure while preserving freshness and aromatic clarity. The wine is then aged to enhance balance and complexity.

Food Pairing
Enjoy with roasted or grilled red meats, lamb with herbs, or mature cheeses. Best served at 16–18 °C.
