The Kurktrekker Cinsault comes from a single Cinsault vineyard in the Jonkershoek Valley, one of Stellenbosch’s most elevated and cool sites. The wine is named after the nearby Jonkershoek Kurktrekker Nek, a distinctive mountain pass that runs close to the estate, highlighting its local heritage.

ABV: 14%
Estate:
Lanzerac Wine Estate, established in 1692, is one of South Africa’s most historic wine estates and is famously recognised as the home of the first bottled Pinotage. Situated at the foot of the Jonkershoek Valley in Stellenbosch, the estate combines long-standing heritage with modern vineyard redevelopment. Under Cellar Master Wynand Lategan, who has overseen the Lanzerac range since 2005, continued vineyard renewal has focused on improving fruit quality and long-term sustainability.
