Tasting Notes:
Pale straw with bright glints, the aroma is fragrant and inviting, with ripe stone fruits such as white peach and nectarine at the forefront. On the palate it is dry and well-textured, delivering layered flavours of orchard and stone fruit supported by fresh acidity and a clean, lingering finish that emphasises varietal clarity and balance.
Winemaking:
Made from 100% organically grown Pinot Grigio, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation and ageing take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to safeguard the wine’s aromatic freshness and purity. The minimal intervention approach preserves the natural fruit character and allows the vineyard’s expression to come through clearly.
Food Pairing:
An excellent accompaniment to seafood, shellfish, salads, light pasta dishes and cold meats. Its freshness and fruit intensity also work well with vegetarian dishes and creamy soft cheeses.
