A limited‑production from the Agrelo district of Luján de Cuyo in Mendoza, crafted in small micro‑vinification batches that showcase distinctive fruit character and varietal complexity.
Tasting Notes:
This medium‑bodied Cabernet Franc opens with vibrant aromas of raspberry, blueberry, cherry and plum, complemented by herbaceous hints and wildflower notes. Subtle spice and tobacco nuances add depth, leading to a juicy palate with fine tannins and a lingering finish accented by touches of chocolate.
Winemaking:
Made from 100 % Cabernet Franc, the wine is matured for 12 months in new oak barrels, adding complexity and a refined texture while allowing the varietal fruit expression to remain in focus.
Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with rich roasted meats, grilled lamb, beef dishes or hearty stews, where the wine’s fruit intensity and structured tannins complement robust flavours.
