Single varietal, single vineyard Pinot Noir from the exceptional 2022 harvest.

Red and dark fruit aromas of cherries, plums, forest fruits and damson. A hint of chocolate, black pepper and warming smokiness on the finish, resulting in a truly elegant wine. 

Hand-harvested at the end of October 2022.

The Pinot Noir was fermented in small open top fermenters with 10% whole bunch fruit. Pigéage took place up to 3 times a day at the height of fermentation, then once a day through an extended soak post-ferment.

Racked and pressed to barrel in 30% new oak for full malolactic fermentation and further ageing for 12 months.
