The French call it “Ter roir” but we call it “Gravel and Loam”. Deep in the Wairau Valley, the vineyard is spread over two ter races - the upper 33 hectares are certified BioGro organic whilst the remaining 37 hectares are conventionally farmed. The wines are produced in a way which ref lect the typical characters of the region and surrounding environment
