Generous aromas of green fruits, including Granny Smith apples, mingle with white fruits such as Asian pears and white peaches, achieving a harmonious fruit-acid balance. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with subtle minerality and a soft creaminess from extended lees contact, finishing long and elegant.
