Description

Named with reference to the serving temperature often recommended for Sauvignon Blanc — around 7°C to showcase its freshness and aromatic intensity — this Marlborough example captures the bright, fruit-driven style for which New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is renowned. Marlborough’s cool nights and long growing season produce grapes of exceptional purity and vibrancy, making the region a benchmark for the variety.

Tasting Notes:
Pale straw in colour with a lifted and expressive nose, the wine displays zesty citrus, lime and grapefruit alongside classic Marlborough notes of passionfruit and tropical fruit. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and a clean, fruit-forward finish that emphasises varietal clarity and energy.

Winemaking:
Produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Marlborough vineyards, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve aromatic intensity and the natural expression of the grape. Minimal intervention winemaking ensures freshness and purity, delivering a bright and approachable style that reflects the region’s distinctive terroir.

Food Pairing:
A natural match for seafood, shellfish and fresh salads, as well as goat’s cheese and light Asian-inspired dishes. Its citrus freshness and crisp acidity also make it an excellent aperitif.

ABV: 12%
