A wonderfully vibrant and zesty torrontés from the super Bodegas Sottano. There's a great flourish of waxy citrus peel on the nose and on the palate this translates into lively grapefruit. It's got a lovely acidity and freshness on the finish. Enjoy well chilled in the sun or with light and aromatic asian dishes (escpecially with a lemongrass base).
