This stunning organic red offers exceptional value for money. It's predominatly Monastrell, with 10% Syrah blended in. The grapes are grown at altitude without irrigation, and the picking is done by hand. After fermentation the wine spends 4 months in American Oak barrels prior to bottling. The result is a richly flavoured and smooth textured red. There is plenty of vivid dark cherry on the nose which continues through onto the palate. There's a hint of clove and cocoa that also comes through on the finish.
